Webhostingbuzz – a review!

I've been to over 4 hosting providers so far in shared hosting plans, each for a period of longer than 2 years. I moved to WHB about a year ago, and if the current service and support remain as they current are, I will gladly stay with WHB many more years to come.

With my old providers, the only members related service was cPanel (all problems go via email), all the rest of their site was plain marketing. In WHB there are tons of members related sites (with easy to remember URLs too!) such as whbsupport.com and whbstatus.com with helpdesk support, nifty ticketing system with a quick support team.

My favorite feature in WHB is definitely the forums, where unlike any other hosting provider I know, you can actually communicate with other customers and engage in conversations with them about various technical issues. That's where you see all customers are happy.

Other than that – the prices are considered very low budget IMHO.
